Methacrylate panels or acrylic doors are pressed, finished parts consisting of fibreboard or MDF pressed with an acrylic sheet. The term “acrylic” derives from “polymethyl methacrylate” (abbreviated as PMMA), a synthetic polymer of methyl methacrylate, an ester of methacrylate acid. This polymer material is commonly referred to as methacrylate or acrylic.The material used to produce products in acrylic is atoxic. It is unalterable over time, and retains all its gloss and colour. It is also resistant to humidity and to ultra-violet light. The panels in textured acrylic used for our products are certified to LGA NR 21147741 Auftrags - no. 1052337.
MAINTENANCE: Clean using a soft cloth and an anti-static furniture spray not containing alcohol. Alternatively, use a solution of water and neutral detergent. Never use products containing alcohol or abrasive products. Allow to dry for 24 hours.
